ALL SALES ARE FINAL

All sales are final. House of SSB does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect sizing, or incorrect ordering by the customer.

Please review all product descriptions, lengths, textures, colors, lace sizes, and sizing information carefully before placing your order.

INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive an item that is different from the item you ordered, please contact House of SSB within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item received.

If we confirm that an incorrect item was sent, we will work with you to arrange an appropriate resolution, such as a replacement or another remedy where applicable.

Please do not install, wear, wash, alter, or use the item before contacting us about the issue.

HAIR & WIGS

Please carefully review all hair specifications before purchasing, including length, texture, density, lace size, and construction. Customers are responsible for checking product details before completing their orders.

LOCAL DELIVERY

• Providence & Cranston: $5 delivery fee.
• Pawtucket, Warwick & surrounding areas: $10 delivery fee.

PICKUP & MEETUPS

Pickup and meetups are free when arranged and confirmed in advance.
